WHO HAS THE WARHOL? Solve the mystery – win the prize! A dozen Peoria organizations are sponsoring a free contest in connection with the Nov. 13 talk on of FBI Special Agent Robert K. Wittman, speaking on “Art and International Politics” at 7 p.m., at Lakeview Museum. The event is $10 for non-members, free for World Affairs Council members. IN PEORIA, OCTOBER IS MYSTERY MONTH! To enter the contest, click on the Peoria Public Library website, www.peoriapubliclibrary.org to download the story, Who Has the Warhol? and the Eleven Questions. Or visit any of the library’s branches to pick up copies of the story and questions. Then visit the websites of the groups listed on the Eleven Questions to find clues to the answers. Librarians at the Peoria Public Library can help you access the websites for the clues, if necessary. Mail your answers by Oct. 31 to The Peoria Area World Affairs Council, 1501 W. Bradley Avenue, Peoria, IL 61625. Everyone with the correct answers will be part of a drawing for the grand prize, a gift basket of chocolates, wine, and an art mystery DVD, as well as memberships in the participating organizations a subscription to art & society magazine, and a private dinner party with the speaker, Robert K. Wittman.
